AI-Generated Content: Content generated using our AI tools is subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication.

Our Content: All other content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EroRemix or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

EroRemix is an adult content platform. All content must comply with our Content Policy. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any AI-generated content. AI outputs may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results.

8. Prohibited Content

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EROREMIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms
