EroRemix is a platform for adult creative writing. We support creative freedom while maintaining clear boundaries to ensure a safe environment for our community. This Content Policy outlines what is and is not permitted on our platform.

1. All Content is Fictional

All stories on EroRemix are works of fiction. Characters, situations, and events are products of imagination. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental unless explicitly noted as fan fiction with appropriate disclaimers.

2. Allowed Content

We welcome a wide range of adult creative writing, including:

• BDSM, kink, and fetish content between consenting adults
• Fantasy and science fiction with adult themes
• Power dynamics, roleplay scenarios, and taboo fantasies
• Dark themes when handled thoughtfully in fiction
• AI-generated content that follows these guidelines

3. Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Content designed to harass or threaten specific individuals
• Spam, malware, or deceptive content

4. Consent in Fiction

Fiction can explore complex themes including non-consent, dubious consent, and power imbalances. When writing such content, we ask that it be clearly framed as fantasy, not presented as a guide or endorsement for real-world behavior. Content that glorifies or provides instructions for real-world harm is not permitted.

5. AI-Generated Content

When using our AI tools to generate content:

• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before publication
• AI-generated content must comply with all the same rules as human-written content
• Do not attempt to use prompts designed to bypass AI safety measures for prohibited content
• Published AI-assisted content should be clearly attributable to you as the author

6. Content Warnings & Tags

We encourage authors to use appropriate tags and content warnings for their stories. This helps readers find content they enjoy and avoid content they prefer not to see. Accurate tagging is a community courtesy and helps maintain a positive experience for all users.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it through our Contact page with the subject "Content Report." Include a link to the content and a brief description of the violation. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Content removal
• Account warnings
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to law enforcement (for content involving minors or credible threats)

Severity of enforcement depends on the nature and frequency of violations. Zero-tolerance violations result in immediate permanent bans without warning.

9. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may appeal through our Contact page. Include relevant details and we will review your appeal. Note that zero-tolerance violations are not eligible for appeal.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Content Policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
